Parks, Trails, and Common Area Maintenance
Parks and trails are the heart of the community. The Metro Districts make sure that trails are ridable, parks are playable, and everyone can enjoy our common areas. The District is currently maintaining the regional trail between Alcott Way and Sheridan Parkway. Please check back for more updates as new sections of trail come online.
Construction of Public Improvements
The Baseline Metro Districts build parks, trails, open lands, common areas, and landscaping for all residents to enjoy. Checkers and Swallowtail Parks are currently under construction. Landscaping for the first phase of West Sheridan Residential is slated for completion in June of 2021. Landscaping for West Sheridan Residential Phase II is scheduled for completion by November of 2021. Completion of the East Sheridan Residential landscaping is scheduled for installation in the Summer of 2022.
Public Infrastructure Projects
Roads, utilities, parking, transit - all are essential in creating the foundation for the Baseline community. Public infrastructure for West Sheridan Residential Phase II is scheduled for completion by November of 2021. Completion of the East Sheridan Residential Phase I public infrastructure is planned for Spring of 2022.
